They are not the only resource that can be used to develop a Business Continuity Management BCM programme, but they certainly represent one of the key reference sources and remain a top resource for BC professionals when setting up a BCM programme.
The BCI is also planning to introduce new training courses into their already extensive training programme to include soft skills training like leadership and management, negotiation and effective communication, which will complement the existing training offer and provide BC professionals with some excellent opportunities to develop a well- rounded profile.
